Deze algemene voorwaarden zijn van toepassing op alle bestellingen die via
www.asilijewellery.com worden geplaatst door consumenten wereldwijd.

Artikel 1 – Bedrijfsinformatie
Asili Jewellery, eenmanszaak, gevestigd in Nederland. Contact: info@asilijewellery.com.

Artikel 2 – Toepasselijkheid
Door een bestelling te plaatsen ga je akkoord met deze voorwaarden.

Artikel 3 – Producten
Wij verkopen sieraden zonder maatwerk. Afbeeldingen op de website zijn illustratief.

Artikel 4 – Prijzen en betaling
Alle prijzen zijn inclusief btw. Betaling uitsluitend via directe betaalmethoden zoals iDEAL, PayPal,
of creditcard.

Artikel 5 – Levering
Levering via PostNL binnen 1–5 werkdagen na ontvangst van betaling. Wij verzenden
internationaal.

Artikel 6 – Herroepingsrecht
Je hebt 14 dagen bedenktijd om het product te retourneren mits ongebruikt en in originele
verpakking.

Artikel 7 – Garantie
Wij bieden 1 maand garantie op fabricagefouten. Beschadiging door verkeerd gebruik valt hier niet
onder.

Artikel 8 – Aansprakelijkheid
Wij zijn niet aansprakelijk voor indirecte schade of verlies door gebruik van onze producten.

Artikel 9 – Toepasselijk recht
Op deze overeenkomst is Nederlands recht van toepassing.

Article 3 – Products
We sell jewellery without customization. Images are illustrative.

Article 4 – Prices and Payment
All prices include VAT. Payment via direct methods such as iDEAL, PayPal, or credit card.

Article 5 – Delivery
Delivery via PostNL within 1–5 business days after payment. We ship internationally.

Article 6 – Right of Withdrawal
You have a 14-day reflection period to return unused items in original packaging.

Article 7 – Warranty
We provide a 1-month warranty for manufacturing defects. Misuse is not covered.

Article 8 – Liability
We are not liable for indirect damages or loss resulting from product use.

Article 9 – Governing Law
Dutch law applies to all agreements.
